Once you have started your application, we send you instructions free of charge to prepare the visa application. As soon as you have sent us an e-mail with the requested information, you have concluded an agreement with us – and a payment obligation – to go ahead with your visa application.

It normally takes 2 to 6 months to get an appointment at the American Consulate in Amsterdam. Do you have to travel urgently? USA VISA can book an appointment for you with the American Consulate in Frankfurt (Germany). We will tell you about this option in our first information e-mail.

If you cannot make an appointment with the American Consulate in Amsterdam, it is possible to go to the American Consulate in Frankfurt. In our first information e-mail we send you after you have started your application, we will inform you about this option.

* After the application procedure you can pick up your passport at USAvisa.nl in The Hague. Alternatively, we can send your passport to an address in the Netherlands. Additional postage and courier fees apply:

€39.50 ex. BTW (€47.80 with BTW) for overnight courier

** USAvisa.nl offers the possibility to join a group appointment on certain dates in Frankfurt. On those dates an employee of USAvisa.nl is present in Frankfurt to assist with your appointment.
